At this time, Creek Bottom Home ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations.   Nor does Creek Bottom Home ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase via USPS, UPS, or Fed EX.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax 
Creek Bottom Home charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy 
RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE! Our Return Policy is:

We will accept returns for refunds or exchange due to product being damaged or broken during shipping, less any shipping expenses, provided merchandise is returned postage paid (NO C.O.D.'S) to us in the same condition as it was purchased (in original packages, tags, etc) and has not been abused or used in any way. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  We do request you getting a Return Authorization.  CD's, DVD's and Audio Tapes will only be replaced with the same as  purchased, no refunds or exchanges.  If you have any specific questions about this, please feel free to ask.
